Abstract
Aiming at the problems of domestic readers,such as few available product types,high cost,high power consumption and heat consumption,low recognition rate and so on,a design scheme of intelligent reader system with compact structure,high cost performance,low power consumption and strong stability is proposed.The system scheme is mainly developed based on ARM platform and Linux sys-tem.In terms of hardware,NXP MX8 Mini is used as the main control chip,XILINX system's XC7A50T FPGA device is equipped,and 2G LDDR4 memory is configured for image preprocessing.AR0144CS chip is used as the image sensor,which supports a variety of com-munication protocols and extensions.In terms of software,FPGA image preprocessing and the specific implementation of Gaussian filte-ring,the communication between ARM and FPGA,and the function design of upper computer are mainly introduced.After testing,the code reader system is stable,small in size and low in power consumption.Moreover,the recognition rate of one-dimensional code 8mil Code128 reaches 99.99%.It provides a new solution for the current domestic code reader market.关键词
