摘要

Abstract

At present,the human body temperature measurement is mainly based on infrared temperature measurement and mercury thermometer,which can only measure the human skin temperature,in view of this situation,based on the theory of microwave radiation temperature measurement,a microwave radiometer system with a central frequency of 1.4 GHz is proposed,and the MMIC chip design of current consumer electronics products is used to complete the production.The system hardware module mainly includes a high-gain am-plifier module,a band-pass filter module and a square law detection module.According to the radiation energy of the human subcutane-ous tissue under different temperature conditions,the measured final output voltage is positively correlated with the temperature,which can respond well to the subcutaneous temperature change.The results show that a low-cost L-band microwave radiometer can be made based on existing consumer electronics chips,which can track the temperature of the tissue layer,verifying the feasibility of monitoring the internal temperature of the human body.
