在天车散料发运业务中,需要控制散料装料的装载量目标误差,保证其误差在 10%以内.散料装车量受散料三维图形精准度、干扰数据、计算范围等多重因素影响,达到精准预测难度较大.研究设计一种适用于无人天车发运的视觉秤系统,通过干扰数据滤波、散料抓取点位及散料抓取范围检测等算法,使之在动态装车的过程中能根据散料动态体积变化,精准预测天车每斗抓放散料的质量,满足装运工作的误差要求,避免散料发放因重量超偏带来的重复装卸工作.

In the issue and transport business of crane bulk materials,target error of bulk materials during loading is required to be within 10%.The stowage of bulk materials are affected combinedly by precision of its 3D model diagram,interference data and its range of calcu-lation,causing it difficult to achieve accurate prediction.A system of vision sacles satisfying the requirement for issuing and transporting of crane bulk materials unattened system is designed.It uses a seris of algorithms to process data,making it capable of predicting the weight of every bucket of bulk materials and satisfying the demand of error limit during dynamic loading through the dynamic volume change of bulk materials,which avoids the repetitive work in loading caused by overweight or lack of weight of bulk materials.
