Research and Application of Visual Scale System for Crab Bucket Loading Bulk Material Based on Machine Vision
摘要
Abstract
In the issue and transport business of crane bulk materials,target error of bulk materials during loading is required to be within 10%.The stowage of bulk materials are affected combinedly by precision of its 3D model diagram,interference data and its range of calcu-lation,causing it difficult to achieve accurate prediction.A system of vision sacles satisfying the requirement for issuing and transporting of crane bulk materials unattened system is designed.It uses a seris of algorithms to process data,making it capable of predicting the weight of every bucket of bulk materials and satisfying the demand of error limit during dynamic loading through the dynamic volume change of bulk materials,which avoids the repetitive work in loading caused by overweight or lack of weight of bulk materials.关键词
