商船测深可信度评价体系研究
Study on Credibility Evaluation of Bathymetry of Merchant Ships
摘要
Abstract
the concept of credibility is applied to represent the availability of preprocessed bathymetric data obtained by merchant ships.The credibility evaluation is studied from three aspects as follows,which leads to eight kinds of metadata for credibility grading evaluation.An intrinsic-attribute-based credibility evaluation model is studied.it is proposed that duplicated bathymetric data can be utilized to carry out self-consistent credibility evaluation.The external conformity accuracy derived from the comparison of merchant ship bathymetric data with authorized bathymetric data is taken as an index for credibility evaluation based on authorized data.These three credibility evaluation indexes are calculated by using weighted average method,which produces final bathymetric data of merchant ships.关键词
