针对全球新冠感染疫情对高等教育国际化的影响,该文结合民族院校和民族高等教育实际,分析新冠感染疫情对国内高校国际化创新人才培养带来的困难和挑战.通过探讨和实施新工科背景下在人才培养目标、课程教学体系、教育教学管理、师资队伍建设和产教融合协同育人等方面国际化创新人才培养模式的教学改革,给出中南民族大学相应的教学实践及举措,探索后疫情时代民族院校新工科国际化创新人才培养新途径.

Based on the impact of global COVID-19 on internationalization of higher education and the reality of universities and higher education,this paper analyzes difficulties and challenges brought by COVID-19 on the cultivation of international innovative talents in domestic universities.Through the discussion and implementation of teaching reforms for cultivation mode of international innovative talents including training objectives,teaching system,teaching management,construction of teaching system,cooperative education of industry education integration,provided corresponding teaching practices and measures for Central South University for Nationalities,and explores a new way to cultivation model for international innovative talents based on emerging engineering education in the post-pandemic era.
