基于创新能力提升的土木水利专业学位研究生培养模式

Abstract
The cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in China can not fully meet the needs of rapid economic and social development at present.The innovative ability,practical ability and application ability of the postgraduates of civil engineering and water conservancy are paid more and more attention.Therefore,it has become a problem that can not be ignored to promote the innovation of postgraduate education and training mode of the graduate students majoring in civil engineering and water conservancy,and improve the quality of the training of the talents majoring in civil engineering and water conservancy.Taking Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper bases on the existing problems in the training of professional degree postgraduates of civil engineering and water conservancy in China.This paper focuses on the innovative orientation of talent cultivation,the training mode of production and education,the application orientation of dissertations,the'output'reverse promotes'cultivation',and the'school tutor+enterprise tutor'guidance mode,etc.The cultivation mode of professional degree postgraduates in civil engineering and water conservancy with the goal of improving innovation ability is constructed.关键词
