Application of nanopore sequencing technology in HLA typing
摘要
Abstract
The human leukocyte antigen(HLA)gene is the most complex regions of the human genome,which mainly participates in the immune response of the body.HLA typing has extensive clinical applications in organ transplantation,disease diagnosis and treatment,and other related fields.The existing methods for HLA typing have played a crucial role in clinical practice,but they do have certain technical limitations.However,the advent of nanopore sequencing technol-ogy has offered a fresh perspective for the rapid identification of HLA typing.This technology,with its fast and real-time sequencing capabilities,as well as its long read length characteristics,facilitates faster and more accurate recognition of complex HLA regions.It not only enables quicker analysis of HLA genotypes,but also has the potential to serve as a ref-erence for the development of cutting-edge high-throughput gene sequencing methods for HLA typing.This article mainly reviews the research methods and clinical applications of nanopore gene sequencing technology in the field of HLA typing.关键词
