The Realistic Dilemma and Solution Path of Promoting Common Prosperity through the"Five Revitalizations"
摘要
Abstract
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism,an important feature of Chinese-style modernization,and the common aspiration of people of all ethnic groups in China.The report of the Party's 20th National Congress listed"achieving common prosperity for all the people"as one of the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization,which further highlights the importance of achieving common prosperity.The"five revitalization"of rural areas is an important strategy for the development of"three rural areas"in the new era and an inevitable requirement for the common prosperity of all farmers.However,in the process of realizing common prosperity,rural areas are faced with the difficult task of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,infrastructure and public services are inadequate,lack of industrial devel-opment momentum,and insufficient cultural development momentum.The"five revitalizations"have pointed out the direction for gradually improving the modernization level of the agricultural industry,opening up chan-nels for farmers to become rich,regulating the income gap between urban and rural residents,and promoting the increasing affluence of rural residents.In practice,the following measures can be implemented to gradually solve the dilemmas of rural development,stimulate the efficacy of rural revitalization,and promote the common prosperity of the countryside.The first is to accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization and promote rural industrial revitalization;the second is to promote two-way flow of urban and rural talents and promote rural talent revitalization;the third is to pass on the excellent local culture in rural areas and promote rural cultural revitalization;the fourth is to create rural rural scenery and promote rural ecological revitaliza-tion;and the fifth is to improve the rural governance system led by the Party and promote rural organizational revitalization.关键词
