人工智能产业创新发展态势及路径探析
Analysis of the Trend and Path of Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Development:Based on the"Industrial Chain-Innovation Chain-Policy Tools"

Abstract
As the engine of the fourth industrial revolution,AI has become an important leading force to promote the conversion of new and old kinetic energy.However,the lack of key core technologies,the mis-match of technological R&D and market demand,the low efficiency of industry empowerment,high potential risks,and the shortage of innovative talents restrict the further development of the AI industry.By analyzing the development status of the AI industry,this article establishes a three-dimensional analysis framework of"industrial chain-innovation chain-policy tools"to clarify the development trend of the AI industry and explore innovation paths.The research finds:First,the in-depth development of the AI industry chain requires the continuous improvement of the basic level of support technology.The construction of a technical layer open-source framework and deep learning drive the application layer to optimize the scene ecology.The future de-velopment of the industrial chain presents an innovative model of"openness and sharing".Second,the inno-vation chain needs to construct a technical closed-loop based on product research and development,achieve-ment transformation and industrial application.Technology is the driving force of innovative AI business mod-els,and real-time interaction between links can drive the continuous development of the innovation chain.Third,supply-side policy tools provide a driving force for the innovation and development of the AI industry,demand-side policy tools provide a pull force,and environmental-side policy tools have an indirect impact.The AI industry comprehensively uses three types of policy tools to stimulate innovation.Under the influence of policy tools,the industrial chain and the innovation chain are deeply integrated,coupled and coordinated.This is not only the industrial chain driving the development of the innovation chain,but also the innovation chain driving the development of the industrial chain,and jointly promoting the innovation and development of the AI industry.关键词
