党的二十大擘画了全面建成社会主义现代化强国的宏伟蓝图,承担社会责任是青年以自身力量赋能社会主义现代化强国建设的重要表现.在教育内容方面,基于意识形态工作新目标、国家治理与全球治理新需求和社会主义现代化强国建设的新风险与新挑战,以意识形态基本知识、公平正义的价值观念和中国共产党人精神谱系,促进青年明确社会责任认知、丰富社会责任情感、强化社会责任意志,并通过推动青年参与劳动实践,促进其落实社会责任行为,实现"知、情、意、行"相统一,达到高质量发展的新要求.在明确学校、家庭和社会三者地位的基础上,探索三者有机统一的实施路径,形成正向的青年社会责任教育合力.

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China drew up a blueprint for building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects,and taking social responsibility is an important manifestation of the process of empowering youth to build a strong country with their own strength.In terms of educational content,based on the new goals of ideological work,the new needs of national governance and global governance,and the new risks and challenges of the construction of a powerful country,the basic knowledge of ideology,the values of fairness and justice,and the spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China should be used to promote youth to clearly understand social responsibility,enrich their feelings of so-cial responsibility,and strengthen their will to social responsibility.By promoting the participation of young people in labor practices,it facilitates the implementation of socially responsible behaviors,realizes the unity of"knowledge,emotion,intention and action",and meets the new requirements of high-quality develop-ment.On the basis of clarifying the status of school,family and society,an organic and unified implementa-tion path system of the three is constructed to form a positive joint force of youth social responsibility educa-tion.
