Abstract
Aiming at the problem that large-sized stainless steel bolts and nuts in hydropower plants are prone to lock or bite,a special detection device is designed and manufactured to detect the bolt elongation value during the actual assembly of bolts and nuts,so as to judge the galling situation and screen out the galling bolts.The technical requirements,structure,use method and application effect of the detection device are introduced.The problems in the application process are analyzed and the improvement measures are put forward.The device has a good promotion value and has a certain reference for industries and enterprises involved in the application of large bolts.关键词
