摘要
Abstract
Based on the flood control capacity of Yantan Hydropower Station,the author analyzes the external factors that restrict the flood discharge of Yantan Reservoir,and proposes dispatching measures to improve flood control capacity,such as hydrological and meteorological forecast,flood risk chart compilation,dynamic control of water level in flood season,pre-discharge before flood,optimal operation of cascade reservoirs in river basin.The results show that the adopted dispatching measures are effective,which can maximize the resource benefits of Yantan Hydropower Station and achieve huge economic benefits.关键词
