摘要
Abstract
Copper diethyldithiocarbamate[Cu(DDC)2]can induce tumor cell death through various mechanisms,which is a potential anti-tumor drug.However,the extremely low water solubility of Cu(DDC)2 greatly limits its application.Cu(DDC)2 nanomedicine delivery systems have shown good anti-tumor effects in both cellular and animal models.This paper was based on recent anti-tumor research on Cu(DDC)2 nanomedicine delivery systems,summarizing and looking forward to providing reference for the design of new Cu(DDC)2 nanomedicine systems.关键词
