摘要

Abstract

In order to study the dynamic characteristics and chaos of the planetary gearbox of wind turbine under the combined action of various nonlinear factors,a translation-torsion coupling dynamic model including nonlinear factors such as sun gear floating,time-varying meshing stiffness,comprehensive meshing error and tooth side clearance is established.Taking the transmission chain of a 1.5 MW wind turbine as the research object,the inevitable floating of the planetary gear train sun gear in actual operation is modeled,and a more perfect system dynamics model is established on this basis.The dynamic response of the system is solved by numerical method,and the bifurcation diagram,phase trajectory,Poincare section and power spectrum of the system are drawn to analyze the bifurcation and chaos characteristics of the fan drive chain with the change of excitation frequency.The results show that the floating of the sun gear will significantly affect the dynamic response and chaos of the system.The research results have certain guiding significance for the optimal design and manufacturing of the fan drive chain.
