摘要

Abstract

At present,there are a large number of nuclear power projects,tight schedule,high requirements and other characteristics,the traditional nuclear power mechanics analysis process and work mode,it is more and more difficult to meet the schedule requirements of the project.In order to achieve a more efficient,high-quality and collaborative design,development and manufacturing mode,improve the work efficiency of mechanical analysis in nuclear power projects,reduce human errors,strengthen collaborative design capabilities and strengthen the application of data management.In this paper,a set of nuclear power mechanics analysis integrated system is proposed and established,which is based on the mechanical strength evaluation method and analysis process of nuclear power engineering,with the automation process as the core and the intelligent data application as the drive.Based on digital integration platform,it can parse and transmit the upstream and downstream structured data,complete the integrated automatic analysis process of equipment and pipeline,and realize the functions of data management and associated statistics.In the process of applying the system to nuclear power projects,it will not only ensure the safety and quality of the design,but also further promote the procedural,information and intelligent development of mechanical analysis in the field of nuclear engineering.
