摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society,the implementation of the Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China is out of touch with reality.In this paper,from the perspective of grass-roots inspectors,combined with the problems encountered in their work,some reflections on the provisions of the Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China are described from the aspects of implementing the safety responsibilities of operating personnel and passengers,implementing compulsory safety liability insurance for special equipment,appropriately adjusting the form and amount of fines,and prohibiting subcontracting and affiliation in the industry,so as to serve as a reference for the future revision of the Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.关键词
