摘要

Abstract

This paper mainly explores the composition structure of hybrid energy storage system in new energy power generation system,as well as the estimation method and control strategy of battery SOC.The hybrid energy storage system is mainly composed of two energy storage units,super-capacitor and battery,and two-way DC/AC converter,which can ensure the stable power output of wind power and photoelectric power,and improve the safety of new energy grid connection.By establishing a second-order battery model,a battery SOC estimation method and control strategy based on Kalman filter are proposed,and a simulation model of hybrid energy storage system is constructed using Matlab software to verify the control strategy.The results show that under the SOC estimation and control strategy of the battery,the actual SOC value of the battery can always be within the set safety threshold,which ensures the normal operation of the battery and prolonging the life of the battery.
