Abstract
The construction technology of rotating beam is widely used in the process of new railway crossing the operating railway.This paper takes a new railway design swivel beam over the Beijing-Shanghai railway business line as an example.From the perspective of construction difficulties and safety,the organizational structure,safety measures and risk management and control of swivel beam construction are discussed to ensure the safety and efficiency of swivel beam construction.This paper aims to provide reference for the optimization design of similar engineering construction.关键词
