乡村振兴背景下竹子实用技能培训发展路径实证分析
Development Path to Bamboo Utilization Skills Training under the Background of Rural Revitalization:Empirical Analysis

Abstract
Bamboo utilization skills training is one of the effective ways to implement the national rural revitalization strategy,improve rural employment,increase farmers'incomes,promote the bamboo industry development,and boost rural economic,social and cultural development.Based on 34 training workshops for bamboo utilization skills,which were held by International Bamboo and Rattan Center,the paper summarizes the effects and achievements from the 3 aspects,i.e.,cultivating local talents to increase rural human capital,setting examples for promoting rural socio-economic development,and facilitating rural tourism for consolidating the foundation of rural culture development,and analyzes the pathway to the skill training in terms of scientific design and implementation of training program,curriculum system development for bamboo weaving,hardware and software facilities and tracking guidance and support.This study is expected to provide practical guidance for the vocational skills training in bamboo production areas.关键词
