摘要

Abstract

When carrying out the pipeline design work in the field of engineering design,it is necessary to analyze the stress of the pipeline in order to determine whether the pipeline layout is safe and reasonable and whether the support and hanger design is correct.There are many methods for pipeline stress analysis,such as chart method,visual measurement method,computer analysis method,model analysis method and so on.The selection of the method should be combined with the operating pressure,nominal diameter,operating temperature and connected equipment type of the pipeline.Taking a domestic photothermal power station as an example,the stress of the pipe support and hanger in the station is calculated and analyzed using ANSYS Workbench software.By building the three-dimensional finite element model of the pipeline support and hanger,the stress of the pipeline support and hanger is analyzed under various working conditions,and the structure is optimized combined with the data results to improve the reliability of the pipeline hanger for reference.
