摘要
Abstract
Distillation column is a mixture separation equipment widely used in petrochemical industry,and its main function is to separate various components in the mixture to achieve a certain purity.The essence of the distillation process of the distillation column is to make use of the different volatilization characteristics of the components in the mixture at the same temperature to convert the high boiling point components of the liquid phase into the gas phase and the low boiling point components of the gas phase into the liquid phase.Based on the principle and characteristics of distillation column,it is widely used in modern chemical enterprises.In the process of operation and production of the distillation column,there are strict requirements on the pressure,temperature,liquid level and flow rate in the pipeline.In view of this,based on the analysis of the production process and characteristics of distillation column,a control system of chemical distillation column is designed for petrochemical enterprises based on the relevant knowledge of control theory,machinery,instrument,computer,and software engineering.关键词
