选后烟叶原料利用率低的原因及解决对策

Abstract
As for the pre-section of threshing and redrying link,the effective utilization rate of tobacco materials after selection needs to be planned in advance.The investigation on the utilization rate of tobacco materials after selection in Dechang tobacco re-drying factory in 2021 season found that the utilization rate of debris after selection was significantly lower than that of first-class tobacco re-drying factory(utilization rate was more than 80%),which was only 69.66%.The main crux of the problem is the high content of debris such as hemp silk and hemp velvet after the whole selection,and the inability to effectively screen recyclable debris.Finally,through the innovation of the establishment of"seven special"working method and the establishment of multi-functional debris treatment line,the utilization rate of the selected debris was increased to 82.96%,and the effect was remarkable.关键词
