摘要

Abstract

Thanks to its extensive technological adaptability and strong control performance,hydraulic system is widely used in the handling and control of ship deck machinery,such as steering gear,windlass,winch,cargo winch and hatch cover.However,due to its poor working environment,it is easy to be affected by temperature change,salt erosion,dust invasion and other factors.Oil leakage is one of the more common faults of hydraulic system,and the leakage location is more hidden and the situation is complicated.It is an important difficulty in fault diagnosis and maintenance of hydraulic system.Starting with the causes of the oil leakage fault of the hydraulic system,this paper puts forward the treatment measures of the oil leakage fault.In order to reduce the failure rate,the oil leakage fault monitoring and diagnosis system of the hydraulic system is established,which can reduce the marine pollution caused by the oil spill and further improve the safety and reliability of ship navigation.
