Abstract
As we all know,scientific research itself is a very complex process,and a lot of human,material and financial resources will be invested in the process of scientific research activities,covering a wide range of fields and requiring the participation and cooperation of many departments.Therefore,only by taking effective management measures can we ensure the efficient and smooth implementation of scientific research projects.Under the background of the development of the new era,China's scientific research projects are in full swing,and all major scientific research projects are pushing through the old and bringing forth the new,but there are still deficiencies in management,which requires strengthening management and continuous innovation,so as to lay a really solid foundation for the breakthrough of scientific research projects.关键词
