Abstract
This article takes the steel deck paving project of Zhaoyun Bridge of Qingyun Expressway as an example to explore the paving process and technical points of epoxy asphalt concrete.Before the formal paving,it is necessary to do a good job of sandblasting rust removal and cleaning treatment of steel bridge deck to create a good paving environment.Then spread the bonding layer and spray epoxy zinc-rich anti-rust paint.For mixing epoxy asphalt concrete,the mixture is transported from the mixing station to the construction site by the transport vehicle after paving,and the initial pressing,repressing and final pressing are carried out respectively to ensure that the compactness of the paving material meets the standard.Finally,the maintenance time is determined according to the weather conditions,and the maintenance is opened to traffic after completion.关键词
