增建隧道平导扩挖对邻近既有隧道的爆破振动测试分析OA

既有隧道进口平导为有轨运输小断面,考虑增建二线后防灾救援及排水,需扩挖增大断面.通过理论分析、现场验证和最优化等方法,在工程地质特征分析的基础上,对实际情况进行测试和分析,进而提出增建隧道平导扩挖控制爆破利用已有爆破临空面的优势条件,选用高段位毫秒雷管点火延时的分散性,减少单响爆破用量,充分发挥精确延时错峰减震的技术.实践表明,按照提出的隧道扩挖控制爆破方案进行施工,取得显著的效果,可以保证隧道正常施工和人员安全,既有铁路安全运营,为工程顺利施工奠定坚实的基础,同时也为矿山、公路、铁路、市政,以及其他类似隧道工程爆破提供很好的参考.

Since the entrance of the existing tunnel is guided by a small cross-section of rail transportation,considering the construction of the second line after disaster prevention,rescue and drainage,it is necessary to expand the cross-section.Through the methods of theoretical analysis,field verification and optimization,the actual situation is tested and analyzed on the basis of the analysis of engineering geological characteristics.Furthermore,the advantage conditions of controlled blasting for horizontal guide and expansion excavation of additional tunnel are put forward,the dispersion of ignition delay of high position millisecond detonator is selected,the amount of single blasting is reduced,and the technology of accurate time delay and peak reduction is brought into full play.The construction according to the proposed tunnel expansion and excavation controlled blasting scheme has achieved remarkable results,which can ensure the normal construction of the tunnel and the safety of personnel,and the safe operation of the existing railway has laid a solid foundation for the smooth construction of the project,and meanwhile provides a good reference for blasting in mines,highways,railways,municipal and other similar tunnel projects.
