认知行为疗法联合规范化护理对试管婴儿取卵术及胚胎移植术成功率的影响分析

摘要
Abstract
To explore the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized care for patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer sur-gery.Method:A total of 100 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization(IVF)and embryo transfer(ET)in our outpatient department from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=50,routine care)and a study group(n=50,cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized care).The nega-tive emotional score,surgical success rate,and incidence of complications were compared.Result:The study group had a lower negative emotional score(P<0.05);The study group had a higher success rate of surgery and a lower incidence of complications,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with standardized nurs-ing for patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer can alleviate their negative emotions,improve the success rate of surgery,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
