Distribution Pattern and Conservation Strategies of Theaceae Plants in China Based on Species Distribution Simulation
山茶科植物是我国亚热带常绿阔叶林中重要组成类群之一.本研究基于物种分布模型模拟山茶科植物的潜在分布区,并计算生物多样性空间格局指数,包括物种丰富度和系统发育多样性;使用广义线性模型与空间同步自回归模型分析物种丰富度和系统发育多样性空间格局的驱动因子;利用新、古特有中心分类分析方法对山茶科植物的特有性中心进行分类分析,推断其分布格局及形成的历史过程;根据未来气候情景下的分布区变化情况,进行"避难所"识别.结果表明:(1)山茶科植物的多样性中心位于中…查看全部>>
