Abstract
According to the requirements of assessment evidence in the simplified and complete versions of the cosmetic safety assessment report,8 972 raw materials in the Catalogue of Used Cosmetic Raw Materials(2021 Edition)were summarized.The Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 Edition)and the assessment conclusions made by authoritative organizations(WHO/FAO/CIR/GRAS/SCCS/IFRA)and other relevant data were statistically analyzed.The impact of implementation of the new cosmetic regulations was analyzed,and the lack of professionals in safety assessment according to simplified version was discussed.The large gap in admissible evidence according to the complete version of safety assessment in the future was noted.Based on the impact of implementation of current regulations,corresponding policy transition and step-by-step implementation were suggested.关键词
