Abstract
A bifida ferment lysate was obtained from Bifidobacterium adolescentis by biomimetic fermentation and non-destructive wall-breaking technology.It was then mixed with glycerol and 1,2-pentanediol,which was used as a raw material(BF).The repairing efficacy was evaluated according to sodium dodecyl sulfate(SLS)-damaged model and facial redness-repaired model.The changes in skin moisture content,transepidermal water loss(TEWL),skin redness(a*),and skin vascular density before and after treatment were compared between the control group and the sample group.The results showed that,after treatment with 3%BF for 7 days,the TEWL value and a* value were significantly decreased compared with SLS group,and the vascular density at subcutaneous depth of 0.2 mm was also decreased.For the subjects with facial redness,compared with the control group,after using the formula containing 3%BF for 28 days,the skin water content was significantly increased,and the TEWL value and a* value were both significantly decreased.Therefore,BF had repairing efficacy,and skin VivoSight OCT could be used to evaluate skin redness according to vascular density.关键词
