Treatment progress of cervical incompetence
摘要
Abstract
Cervical incompetence is one of the main causes of late pregnancy abortion or premature delivery,and the incidence rate is increasing slowly year by year.Recurrent late pregnancy abortion or premature delivery,as well as the resulting diseases of preterm infants or neonatal deaths,not only seriously affect the physical and mental health of women in childbearing period,but also affect their family life.At present,the etiology of cervical incompetence is not clear,and there is no clear and unified diagnostic criteria.The diagnosis is mainly based on history of disease,typical clinical manifestations,ultrasound examination or specialist examination.The treatment of cervical incompetence includes conservative treatment and surgical treatment,of which cervical cerclage is currently recognized as an effective treatment,but there are still many controversies about the choice of surgical timing and surgical mode.In order to prolong the gestational age and improve the pregnancy outcome,patients need to carry out reasonable cervical cerclage treatment at the right time.关键词
