子宫内膜癌保育治疗后复发的影响因素分析
Analysis of the influencing factors of recurrence after fertility-sparing treatment in endometrial cancer

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of recurrence after fertility-sparing treatment in endometrial cancer(EC).Methods A total of 102 EC patients who were treated in the Department of Gynecology,Shiyan Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the recurrence of EC,the patients were divided into recurrence group(n=30)and non-recurrence group(n=72).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors for recurrence after fertility-sparing treatment in EC.Results There were significant differences in body mass index(BMI)≥24 kg/m2 and lesion size≥2 cm between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in POLE hypermutation and CN-H type between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI≥24 kg/m2,lesion size≥2 cm,and CN-H type were risk factors for recurrence of fertility-sparing treatment in EC(P<0.05).Conclusion BMI≥24 kg/m2,lesion size≥2 cm and CN-H type are the influencing factors of recurrence in EC patients after fertility-sparing treatment.The clinic should adjust the treatment program in time according to the actual situation to guarantee the patients'prognosis.关键词
