Expression and clinical significance of Stat3 and Pten proteins in endometrial carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Stat3 and Pten proteins in endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to Shenzhen Guangming District People's Hospital(former name:University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Hospital[Guangming])from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected.All patients underwent surgical treatment.The lesion tissues and adjacent tissue(≥3 cm from the lesion)of the patients were collected.The expressions of Stat3 and Pten protein in different tissues and pathological states were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Stat3 protein in lesion tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the positive rate of Pten protein was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive rates of Stat3 and Pten proteins in patients with endometrial carcinoma in different clinical stages,myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Stat3 and Pten proteins are abnormally expressed in patients with endometrial carcinoma,and the positive rates are different in different pathological states.关键词
