摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection on vaginal microecosystem.Methods A total of 2267 patients who underwent vaginal microecosystem and HPV detection in the gynecological clinic of Taixing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were collected,659 cases of HR-HPV positive were selected as the study group,and 1608 cases of HR-HPV negative were selected as the control group.The vaginal microecosystem of the two groups was compared.Results The abnormal detection rates of vaginal microecological flora,hydrogen peroxide,sialidase activity,N-acetyl-glucosaminidase,bacterial vaginosis and aerobic vaginitis in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the abnormal detection rate of leukocyte esterase between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients infected with HR-HPV are more likely to cause vaginal microecosystem imbalance.关键词
