Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Camrelizumab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced cervical cancer admitted to the Department of Radiation Oncology,Lanling County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(25 cases,concurrent chemoradiotherapy)and study group(25 cases,Camrelizumab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy).The treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 88.00%,which was higher than 64.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Camrelizumab combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer,which can improve the treatment efficiency without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
