摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Progesterone combined with Oryzanol in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to Xian County People's Hospital in Cangzhou City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oryzanol,and the study group was treated with Progesterone on the basis of the control group.The endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels and symptom score(Kupperman score)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group([4.91±1.07]mm)was greater than that of the control group([3.27±0.91]mm)(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol level of the study group([42.57±19.60]pg/ml)was higher than that of the control group([31.59±16.28]pg/ml),follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels([30.21±4.01]mIU/ml,[13.15±3.04]mIU/ml)were lower than those in the control group([35.14±6.52]mIU/ml,[20.58±4.97]mIU/ml)(P<0.05).After treatment,the Kupperman score of the study group([9.11±1.57]points)was lower than that of the control group([17.97±3.91]points)(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone combined with Oryzanol in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can improve clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels.关键词
