Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with Levonorgestrel intrauterine system(Mirena)in the treatment of endometrial polyp and its influence on recurrence.Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyp who were treated in China National Guizhou Aviation Industry Group 302 Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Mirena,and the control group was treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets.The endometrial thickness,menstrual cycle and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after operation,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the menstrual cycle was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometrial polyp can reduce endometrial thickness,regulate menstrual cycle and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
