Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)of cervix+colposcopy in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesion.Methods A total of 400 patients with cervical precancerous lesion treated in the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(200 cases,treated with LEEP)and the observation group(200 cases,treated with LEEP+colposcopy).The total clinical effective rate,operation related indicators,quality of life(SF-36)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP+colposcopy has a better clinical effect in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesion.关键词
