益气化痰膏联合益气贴治疗小儿肺炎恢复期的临床效果
Clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch in the treatment of convalescent stage of pneumonia in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch in the treatment of convalescent stage of pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 200 children in the convalescent stage of pneumonia treated in Beihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with symptomatic western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch on the basis of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine scores of symptoms and signs and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Traditional Chinese medicine scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huatan Ointment combined with Yiqi Patch has definite clinical effect in the treatment of convalescent stage of pneumonia in children,and can effectively improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
