Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous blood purification in children in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 70 children admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Binzhou Second People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given continuous blood purification based on the control group.The clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous blood purification in children in intensive care unit is good,and can effectively improve the C-reactive protein,procalcitonin and white blood cell count,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
