Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enameloplasty sealant technique in the treatment of children with pit and fissure caries.Methods A total of 100 children with pit and fissure caries admitted to Qianquan Health Service Center of Zoucheng City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group and the research group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with common sealant technique,and the research group was treated with enameloplasty sealant technique.Periodontal index,inflammation degree,sealant retention and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plaque index,bleeding index,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in the research group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total retention rate of the research group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enameloplasty sealant technique has definite clinical effect in the treatment of children with pit and fissure caries,and can effectively improve periodontal index and inflammation degree,and the sealant retention is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
