Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Yunpi Formula combined with growth hormone in the treatment of children with spleen-kidney deficiency type of growth hormone deficiency.Methods A total of 100 children with spleen-kidney deficiency type of growth hormone deficiency treated in Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with growth hormone,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yunpi Formula combined with growth hormone.The clinical efficacy,growth and development and metabolic indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the growth and development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yunpi Formula combined with growth hormone in the treatment of children with spleen-kidney deficiency type of growth hormone deficiency has good clinical effect,can promote the growth and development of children,and improve metabolic indexes,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
