Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Cream in the treatment of children with molluscum contagiosum.Methods A total of 84 children with molluscum contagiosum admitted to Department of Dermatology,Binzhou Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases)according to odd-even grouping method.The reference group was treated with verruca clamp method,and the experimental group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Cream.The treatment effect and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the recurrence rate of the experimental was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Cream has good clinical effect and low recurrence rate in the treatment of children with molluscum contagiosum,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
