Clinical effect of superselective uterine artery drug infusion combined with embolization in the treatment of endogenous type cesarean scar pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of superselective uterine artery drug infusion combined with embolization in the treatment of endogenous type cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods A total of 78 patients with endogenous type cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science&Technology from August 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined group(39 cases)and the control group(39 cases).The control group was treated with bilateral uterine artery embolization,and the combined group was treated with superselective uterine artery drug infusion on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of menstruation and the recovery time ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)level to normal in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the uterine artery blood flow pulsatility index and resistance index of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Superselective uterine artery drug infusion combined with embolization in the treatment of endogenous type cesarean scar pregnancy can promote the recovery of menstruation and β-HCG,improve uterine artery hemodynamics,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
