妊娠晚期自发性子宫破裂1例报告
A case report of spontaneous uterine rupture in late pregnancy

摘要
Abstract
Uterine rupture is one of the serious complications of pregnancy and childbirth.It refers to the interruption of the uterine body or lower segment of the uterine muscle layer,which seriously threatens the health of mother and child.This paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment of a case of spontaneous uterine rupture in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Qujiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Quzhou City.The patient is admitted to the hospital due to irregular lower abdominal pain for 1 day at 38+5 weeks of menelipsis.During the second stage of labor,due to frequent late deceleration of fetal heart rate monitoring,acute fetal distress is considered,and cesarean section of the lower uterine segment is performed immediately.Uterine rupture is found during the operation,and uterine rupture repair is performed.The mother recovered well after the operation and the mother and baby were discharged 8 days after the operation.The characteristics of this case were retrospectively analyzed in order to provide reference for the subsequent diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous uterine rupture.关键词
