Statistical Classification and Recalculation of China's Big Health Industry Scale
摘要
Abstract
Due to the deep integration between industries,new formats and new models continue to emerge,and the boundar-ies of health industry continue to expand;the original statistical classification of health industry can no longer meet the statistical needs of the big health industry,and the official statistics have not measured the added value of health industry,which cannot fully and timely reflect the development of big health industry.In view of this,this paper first defines and expands the connotation and extension of big health industry from the perspective of supply and demand on the basis of health industry.Secondly,based on the Statistical Classification of Health Industry(2019)and the theory of national economic accounting,the paper introduces the con-cept of"big health total product",focuses on the two points of"whole life cycle"and"whole population",and discusses the statis-tical classification standard of big health industry from the perspectives of product supply of the whole industry chain and health demand of the whole caliber population,supplements and improves the statistical classification of big health industries.Finally,according to the existing input-output table,economic census and statistical yearbook data,the big health separation coefficient of each industry is calculated,based on which the added value of big health industry and health services in China is calculated.The results show that the added value of China's big health industry in 2018 is 10.27 trillion yuan,of which the added value of health service industry is 7.04 trillion yuan.It is estimated that the added value of health service industry in 2020 and 2030 is 8.46 tril-lion yuan and 21.27 trillion yuan respectively,which is basically in line with the expectation of the development scale of health service industry in Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan.关键词
