Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tranexamic Acid combined with Calcium Gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 300 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(150 cases)was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group(150 cases)was treated with Tranexamic Acid combined with Calcium Gluconate on the basis of the control group.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,coagulation indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 2,12 and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fibrinogen in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Tranexamic Acid combined with Calcium Gluconate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is good,which can improve coagulation function,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
