Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-210 and SIRT3 in placental tissues of pregnant women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy.Methods A total of 45 patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy admitted to Meizhou People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected.According to the type of disease,they were divided into gestational hypertension group(15 cases),preeclampsia group(15 cases)and severe preeclampsia group(15 cases),and 15 healthy singleton pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.Placental tissues of each group were collected,and the expressions of miR-210 and SIRT3-mRNA were detected and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the levels of miR-210 and SIRT3-mRNA among the four groups(P<0.05).The level of miR-210 in severe preeclampsia group was higher than that in the other three groups,and the level of SIRT3-mRNA was lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).The level of miR-210 in preeclampsia group was higher than that in gestational hypertension group and control group,and the level of SIRT3-mRNA was lower than that in gestational hypertension group and control group(P<0.05).The level of miR-210 in the gestational hypertension group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of SIRT3-mRNA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of miR210 in patients with severe preeclampsia is higher,while the expression level of SIRT3 is lower,and there is a significant change trend with the aggravation of the disease.关键词
