Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological status in patients with breast cancer and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer in Qianjiang Central Hospital of Chongqing from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as research objects,the clinical data were collected,psychological status was investigated and the influencing factors of anxiety and depression were analyzed.Results There were 51 patients with psychological problems.The logistic regression analysis showed that the medical payment methods were self-expense,age>35 years old,per capita monthly household income<3000 yuan and higher score of the body image after breast cancer questionnaire-Chinese version were risk factors for psychological problems in breast cancer patients,the increase of the functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast score and social support rating scale score were protective factors for psychological problems in breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of psychological problems in breast cancer patients is high,and basic background and social support are the main influencing factors.关键词
