Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of low-dose Misoprostol solution in induction of labor on term pregnant women.Methods A total of 74 term pregnant women with indications for induction of labor admitted to Alaer Hospital of the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the term pregnant women were divided into the control group and the observation group using the bicolor sphere method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given Oxytocin,while the observation group was given low-dose Misoprostol solution.The delivery indicators,newborn condition,induction effect and medication adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The volume of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the cervical Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the delivery time and total stage of labor process in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score at 5 minutes of birth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of induction of labor in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of low-dose Misoprostol solution in induction of labor on term pregnant women can promote cervical maturation,shorten the labor process,and facilitate smooth delivery.关键词
